Microsoft Outlook Express 4.0 has been proven to be the best free e-mail client

software. It has a simple three-pane interface and a toolbar with a row of large,

graphical buttons for accessing the most common features. Outlook Express is very

good at handling multiple accounts. Messages can be dragged and dropped in

between accounts. It also handles IMAP4 and Internet newsgroups. The Outlook

Express’s filtering tool, Inbox Assistant, is simple and easy to use. It can

import address books created with other programs, such as, Edura, Microsoft

Outlook and Exchange, and Netscape Messenger. Outlook Express downloads

mail in the background, so other tasks can be done freely and uninterrupted,

HTML mails are easily sent and received by Outlook Express 4.0. The software

is not as powerful as Outlook 98, but it included all the standard features,

and it is easy to use.

I like to use Outlook Express very much for my e-mail, because it is easy to

reading and understand functions. It provided ample room for loads the

address book of contact information like personal, home, business, and notes

sections. It shows , how many Inbox messages that I received and also show

Outbox when I send messages and it is very powerful programs to use for

e-mail and fast.

I am agreement with this article, because I use Outlook Express programs

everyday to send and received e-mail from co-worker and Boss. Microsoft

Outlook Express has been proven to be the best free e-mail client software.

It also can downloads mail in the background that had been deleted without

uninterrupted.

Microsoft Outlook Express is best use to communication with business people

and consumers Online and also it can use to doing business on Internet and

network management or security, But sometime it can use to get information

or communication with friend and family out of the states.
